The Manual Posting Nightmare

We manage social media for over 30 businesses across Malaysia. Every morning started the same way: open 6 tabs, copy a caption, paste it to Facebook. Adjust it for Instagram. Rewrite it for TikTok. Upload to Shopee. Repeat for the next business. And the next. And the next.

By noon, we hadn't done any actual work. We were just copy-pasting machines. Our wrists ached. Our eyes burned. And the worst part? We knew there had to be a better way — but nothing on the market understood Malaysia. Not the slang, not the platforms, not the culture.

One late night, after yet another 3-hour posting marathon, one of our developers asked a simple question: "What if AI could write captions that actually sound Malaysian?"

We started experimenting. What began as a hack to save our own sanity turned into something bigger. The AI didn't just write captions — it wrote good captions. In BM. In English. It understood tone. It knew the difference between a Shopee product listing and an Instagram story. We built scheduling. Then multi-platform posting. Then AI image generation. Then video ads with voiceover.

Within 3 months, what used to take 90 hours a month took less than 5. We looked at each other and said: "Every business owner in Malaysia needs this."
