1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using AutoViral ("the Service"), operated by Utopia AI ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AutoViral is a social media management platform that enables users to:

  • Connect their Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts
  • Generate AI-powered social media content (captions and images)
  • Schedule and auto-publish posts to connected accounts
  • Analyze public competitor data for content insights

3. Account Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Social Media Account Connection

When you connect your Facebook or Instagram account to AutoViral:

  • You authorize us to access and manage your connected accounts as permitted by Meta Platform
  • You confirm that you have the authority to grant such access (e.g., you are an admin of the Facebook Page)
  • You understand that we will publish content to your accounts only when you explicitly schedule or request it
  • You can disconnect your accounts at any time through the Settings page or through Facebook's App Settings

5. Content and Conduct

You are solely responsible for all content published through AutoViral. You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Publish content that violates any applicable law or regulation
  • Publish spam, misleading, or deceptive content
  • Violate Meta's Community Standards or Terms of Service
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Publish content that is hateful, harassing, or threatening
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the platform

AI-generated content is provided as suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it is published.

6. Competitor Analysis

The competitor analysis feature uses Meta's official Business Discovery API to access publicly available information only. You agree to:

  • Only analyze competitors for legitimate business intelligence purposes
  • Not use the analysis data to harass, stalk, or target individuals
  • Understand that AI analysis is advisory and may not be perfectly accurate

7. Pricing and Payment

  • Free Plan: Limited features at no cost
  • Pro Plan: RM 49/month — expanded features and limits
  • Business Plan: RM 149/month — full features for agencies/teams

Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for:

  • Downtime or service interruptions
  • Failed scheduled posts due to Meta API issues, token expiry, or rate limits
  • Changes to Meta's API that affect functionality
  • AI-generated content quality or accuracy

9. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload. By using our AI generation features, you receive a license to use any AI-generated content for your social media purposes. The AutoViral platform, brand, design, and code are the property of by Utopia AI.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, by Utopia AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, abuse the platform, or fail to pay for premium services. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
